A physical theatre performer & director with a certification in personal training (from American Council on Exercise), I integrate the work of creative expression, fitness, and wellness in exercises to meet the goals of my participants/clients—strength, coordination, mobility, functional capacity, and post-injury fitness recovery. Most importantly, exercise does not have to be boring!
